Meiosis - 16 models on a board

Educational aid comprising 16 colorful plastic models mounted on a board, illustrating 16 stages of the plant cell cycle culminating in the meiotic division. The sequence starts with interphase and covers prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase of meiosis I (the reductive meiotic division) and meiosis II, finishing with a view of four haploid daughter cells produced by the entire cycle. Each model is 11 cm tall. The models display and are labeled with indices: chromosomes, nucleus, nucleolus, cytoplasm, nuclear membrane, centromeres, chromatids, fibers, and the spindle. Overall dimensions of the board: 60 x 40 x 8 cm.
