This Human Large Intestine Model is presented in its natural form, with partial sections to reveal the internal anatomy and illustrate pathological and disease states, including conditions such as colitis, appendicitis, adhesions, and Crohn's disease (in the small intestine region).

The model also includes the vermiform appendix and the anus. It is mounted on a dedicated stand, from which the model can be removed for closer analysis.
