The detachable construction allows step‑by‑step exploration of anatomical structures, making demonstrations and explanations of thoracic anatomy significantly easier. Removable lungs, heart, and larynx allow for a detailed presentation of organ structure, which is often difficult to illustrate in flat diagrams.

The model also presents, among others: trachea with bronchial tree and key thoracic structures (including major vessels), as well as: larynx with thyroid, cricoid, and epiglottic cartilages, thyroid gland, trachea with bifurcation and main bronchi, lungs with lobes, heart with atria and ventricles, aortic, mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonary valves, ascending aorta, pulmonary trunk, superior and inferior vena cava, pulmonary veins, pulmonary arteries, and diaphragm.
