This magnifier offers three magnifications: 10x, 20x and 30x, with built-in LED and UV illumination. The 10x lens has a diameter of 25 mm. The LED and UV lighting are battery-powered (3 button cell batteries included). The entire unit is housed in a safe, portable enclosure to prevent breakage and scratches.

Extending the magnifying lenses with illumination activates the first light, and the remaining two can be switched on using a switch on the extended part.

Through the lenses, the image appears inverted, as with a microscope, which makes natural observations (using various magnifications and lighting) particularly suitable. This is a very handy and portable optical instrument.
