Virtual Natural Laboratories for Geography - Upper Secondary School

Virtual Natural Laboratories: Geography are interactive learning resources for studying geography at the upper secondary school level. The program enables conducting engaging on-site and remote lessons. The resources include a variety of experiments, as well as multimedia materials and printable worksheets, films, simulations, and interactive tests for students.

VNL Geography:

• 25 topics aligned with the core curriculum,
• basic and advanced levels (a portion of activities aligned with the basic level including additional content; another portion covers the advanced level),
• graphics in the form of interactive maps, diagrams and charts illustrating topics in the socio-economic geography of Poland and the world,
• animations and simulations of physical-geographical phenomena and processes,
• three-dimensional illustrations depicting, among others, the celestial bodies of the Solar System,
• tasks requiring drawing conclusions based on data analysis in the form of tables, charts and maps,
• engaging multimedia resources – including films, animations, virtual tours, macro and microscopic photos, simulations, 3D models, design of experiments, additional materials for engaging learning using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR),
• perpetual license for 3 teachers and 90 students.
