Educational 88-piece puzzle featuring selected forest mammals against their natural habitat—the forest. The puzzle image shows representatives from several groups of forest mammals, such as bats (myotis and greater noctule), rodents (squirrel, dormouse, and hazel dormouse), insectivorous mammals (hedgehog), the family of lagomorphs (the brown hare), predatory mammals (fox, badger, and lynx), and even-toed ungulates (roe deer, red deer, and wisent). The puzzle can be assembled on a rigid cardboard underlay (the easier version) with a colorful 1:1 print of the puzzle image, or on the bottom of the lockable box, whose dimensions match the puzzle (33 × 23 cm).

To ensure the puzzle is not only fun but also educational, the underside of the underlay includes information about the animals depicted on the puzzle, including, among other things, their sizes, information about their lifestyle (e.g., whether they hibernate), and terminology.

For example, it's worth knowing what we call the female and male roe deer and red deer, which, although belonging to the deer family, are two distinct species. Thus, the female roe deer is called a doe, and the male a buck (roebuck); for deer they are respectively hind and stag.
