Description
NeuLog: Temperature Sensor – versatile educational instrument for science classrooms
- One of the most versatile sensors, suitable for biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, and processes such as photosynthesis, endothermic and exothermic reactions, and thermal processes.
- Recommended to be used in conjunction with other sensors as a complement to measurements. The measuring portion of the probe is 180 mm long, and the stainless steel tube has a diameter of 3.2 mm.
The sensor can be used to measure the temperature of solids, liquids, and gases.
To operate correctly, the sensor requires the NeuLog USB Module (sold separately) (sold separately!) or one of our ready-made sets MOD56 and MOD57 (sold separately!).
Before purchasing the sensor, we recommend reading about how the NeuLog Measurement System works and its configuration methods.
Example configurations of the modules required for the sensor to operate:
| Range | ADC Resolution | Accuracy | Resolution | Max. Sampling Rate (samples/s) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| -40 °C to 140 °C | 12-bit | ±1 °C | 0.1 °C | 100 |
| -40 °F to 284 °F | ±2 °F | 0.1 °F |
