Colorful Fraction Squares, Magnetic 78 cm

The set includes 9 colorful squares, each with a side length of 26 cm (together they can form a square with a side of 78 cm), made from colored, printed magnetic foil. Each of the 9 squares is a different color, and 8 of them are divided into a varying number of parts showing fractions such as 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/8, 1/10 and 1/12. The exception is the indivisible square representing the whole (1/1).

The set contains a total of 51 fractions. All squares have a length of 26 cm and can be placed on magnetic boards and overlapped. Different colors vividly visualize the partition and fractions.

Additional elements are colored circles printed with the fractions - color-coded and in quantities corresponding to the denominator of the given fraction - 2 pieces 1/2, 3 pieces 1/3, 4 pieces 1/4, etc. This allows discussing with students during lessons the partition of a square and fractions with and without inscriptions. This expands the possibilities of this popular teaching aid - you can show that 1/4 of a square can also be 1/2 of half of this square (that is, the orange rectangle in our set).

The entire set is delivered in a foam-lined box.
