Modern stereoscopic microscope with illumination by both reflected and transmitted light — the specimen can be lit from above and/or from below. Magnification (continuous) from 7x to 45x, adjustable by a knob (WF 10x eyepieces and 0.7x...4.5x zoom objectives). Additionally, economical dual LED illumination (3W) with independent intensity control, an ergonomic carrying handle, and a 360° rotatable binocular head make this microscope ideal for demanding users.

As with other stereo microscopes, it is used to observe three-dimensional (also non-transparent) natural specimens and objects other than microscope slides. It is invaluable for studying, for example, fragments of rocks, minerals, soil samples, insects, plant specimens (whole or parts), metals, circuits, and more. Unlike traditional microscopes, no special preparations are required. The stereoscopic effect (for spatial specimens — e.g., oval, rugged rock — provides a clear image of both the upper and lower parts) is accessible to almost everyone thanks to the focusing adjustment of one eyepiece (important in the case of unequal refractive errors of both eyes).
