Expanded wireless weather station set with external equipment, in a classic wooden weather station of the house-type for ongoing weather observations. Built to align with general recommendations for meteorological enclosures, a weather station produced in Poland from seasoned wood, and hand-painted white to reflect solar radiation and protect against sun exposure, with air access ensured by wooden louvered walls, on a wooden stand with stairs. Inside the wooden station are installed analog measuring instruments: a minimum–maximum thermometer, a hygrometer and a barometer. A separate rain gauge is included to be hammered into the ground.

Electronic weather station thanks to external transmitters enables monitoring of atmospheric conditions from the school workshop (particularly useful for the meteorological garden due to the possibility of quickly checking measurements without leaving the school). This innovative combination of traditional measurements with the possibility to compare digital readings of meters provides the ability to explore different methods of weather observation.

Additionally the set includes two educational posters: Atmospheric phenomena and Weather map, to hang on the wall in the geography classroom, useful when discussing topics related to climate change throughout the year.

Contents:

• Didactic wooden weather station, house-type, with a pair of opening doors (also louvers, like the other walls) closed with a hasp (padlock not included). External dimensions (+/- 10 mm): 880 (W) x 680 mm (D) x 760 mm (H).

The wooden weather station with the stand and stairs is hand-painted and produced in Poland from seasoned wood!

The wooden weather station is otherwise a Stevenson meteorological shelter, intended primarily to protect measuring instruments from the effects of atmospheric phenomena (for example, rain, snow, hail, sun), while allowing meters access to proper air circulation.
