How to order

INSTITUTIONS, COMPANIES, FOUNDATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

You can place orders via:
• online: www.jangar.pl/en/
• using price lists and orders in Excel and sent as an attachment to handlowy@jangar.pl
• as a message directly to the address handlowy@jangar.pl, all data required for the execution and issuance a VAT invoice is provided.


PRIVATE ORDERS

Please place orders only through the online shop: www.jangar.pl/en/.

⚠️The teaching and learning aids we offer are not intended for children under 3 years of age, and other children should use them under adult supervision.

To complete your order, we require the following information:

• Buyers (full name, address, TIN)
• Recipients (if different from the buyer)
• Delivery address
• The phone number for the courier and for us so that we can quickly contact you regarding the order if necessary.

Orders are usually fulfilled within 7–10 days.

For purchases requiring delivery on a specific date (competitions, prizes, projects, etc.), please indicate the required date in the order notes. After verifying availability, we will confirm the possibility of delivery on the requested date or propose an alternative solution.

Institutions – budgetary units (municipal schools, kindergartens, local government entities) in Poland – payment by bank transfer (standard term: 14 days) after receiving the goods and the VAT invoice.

Other Customers are requested to make a prepayment to the Seller’s („JANGAR”) account before the ordered goods are shipped. For this purpose, we send the Customer a Pro forma invoice.

The invoice is sent electronically to the e‑mail address provided by the Customer.

Important! A VAT invoice is issued for every order.

All prices in the price lists and in our online store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. They are also shown in equivalent amounts in euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD).

Shipping in Poland on orders over 300 PLN – shipping costs are covered by the Seller („JANGAR”);shipping costs are not added on the VAT invoice.

For orders in Poland below 300 PLN, we add shipping costs of 24.60 PLN (applies to orders above 100 PLN).

For orders with delivery outside Poland, shipping costs are calculated individually.
