Stereoscopic microscopes

Stereoscopic microscopes are designed for observing three-dimensional, non-transparent objects. They are ideal for young users, thanks to their versatility and ability to magnify everyday objects, as well as for professional research, measurements, and analysis. A stereoscopic microscope features a binocular or trinocular head and provides a three-dimensional view, making it suitable for observing opaque objects that do not transmit light, such as crystals, insects, leaves, fossils, or coins. Its magnification power is lower than that of a biological microscope (typically 5x to 30x or 40x, up to 100x), and it primarily uses daylight or incidental illumination. In some cases, a transmitted light illuminator can also be used when observing transparent specimens, like certain crystals or insects wings. Now, we also offer digital stereo microscopes!
