Description
MACHINE TRANSLATION (not authorised yet)
Experimental set that allows students to generate electricity using only hot and cold water! This pure form of energy is made possible by the Peltier (water) thermofuel, contained in the kit, which generates energy using the temperature difference between the hot and cold water that fills the tanks. The size - power - of the energy generated can be seen on the fan (turbine) and buzzer included in the set, as well as two thermometers.
An additional element of the set is a photovoltaic module, whose operation can be checked by means of an illuminated LED and also the turbine and buzzer.
Set-up (3 modules): - thermocouple - thermoelectric module with water containers - 2 thermometers - module with windmill (turbine) and buzzer and LED diode - photovoltaic module - wires
Set composition (detailed):
1) thermoelectric module containing 2 glass tanks for hot and cold water (in a rack) with a Peltier module (thermofuel)
2) cover for water tanks with holes for thermometers
3) 2 laboratory glass thermometers
4) control module with built-in motor and fan, buzzer and LED and connection sockets (all integrated in a plastic housing)
5) photovoltaic module with connectors (in a plastic housing)
6) connecting cables
