Sheet: Pyramid of healthy eating and physical activity for students, 90x130 cm, laminated, with bars

Actual, educational wall board presents a new version of the pyramid of healthy eating and physical activity for students, i.e. schoolchildren and young people. The new version was developed on the basis of recommendations of the Food and Nutrition Institute in Warsaw announced in 2016 and the latest WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations. Thus, apart from new proportions concerning particular food groups, it also contains recommendations related to physical activity. The pyramid itself has been enriched with nice, drawing recommendations for healthy eating marked with icons (emoticons) and descriptions known to children: "ACCESS AFTER" (e.g. ...fruit and vegetables in their natural form; ...vegetable oils instead of animal ones); "ACCESS" (e.g. ...sweetened and coloured products; ...light bread in favour of dark bread; etc.). The board is large and legible, laminated and bound in wooden sticks with a pendant. Dimensions: 90x130 cm.
