Artery, Vein and Capillary Models, Enlarged Set with Cross Sections

A set of three 3-dimensional, enlarged models of blood vessels - artery, vein and capillary. They show the detailed structure of each of these vessels, both externally and internally, thanks to two types of cross-sections - transverse and longitudinal sections showing the structure of successive layers.
In the models of artery and vein, tunica, tunica media, internal elastic lamina, tunica intima and valve (in the vein) are clearly visible and highlighted. Capillary structures highlighted include endothelium, single cell and cell nucleus.

The models have been carefully developed and designed for educational purposes by specialists - subject matter experts. They are made of plastic, hand-painted with eco-friendly and vibrant paints.

Great for demonstration and learning about human circulatory system during biology and anatomy lessons.
