Ten bacterial microscopic preparations are included in the set.

1. Sienna bacillus (Bacillus subtilis)
2. Milk streptococcus (Streptococcus lactis)
3. Putrefactive bacterium – enteric bacillus: Proteus vulgaris
4. Enteric bacterium – colon bacillus: Escherichia coli
5. Paratyphoid fever bacillus (Salmonella paratyphi)
6. Red bacillus (Shigella dysenteriae)
7. Pyogenic cocci (Staphylococcus pyogenes)
8. Bacteria from the oral cavity
9. Serum bacteria
10. Bacteria from a sourdough starter

For user convenience, especially in school during lessons, all preparations in the set have on the basic slide an individual label with the number and the Polish name of the preparation, as described above, and not just a number and a common list. This makes it easier to use, distribute and collect the preparations.
