RULES OF THE ROAD, set of 130 magnetic road signs, intersections, road users

A practical set of 130 magnetic elements including 66 road signs, traffic lights, elements for setting roadways and intersections together with pedestrian crossings, as well as bike paths, and road users. The set is purposed to visualize various road situations and traffic rules, both from the point of view of a car driver, cyclist and pedestrian.

An important part of the set, due to road safety classes and safety cycling rules, are elements for  constructing on the board not only roads and their intersections, but also bike paths (bikeways) and cyclists figures. This will make it easier for students who cycle to see and understand that the road rules apply to them, too.

Safe way to school and responsible behavior in road traffic is an important part of tansport and road education, which is worth starting from an early age. Magnetic road signs, road fragments and various vehicles will allow the teacher to discuss the rules of the road in an interactive way, diversify theoretical classes and consolidate the knowledge gained in the field of road safety.

The set includes:

• 130 magnetic elements fully printed on magnetic foil for presentation of traffic rules on any magnetic surface (school board, metal plate), covering:

1. Magnetic road signs (66 signs), including a.o. warning, prohibitory, mandatory, and information road signs,
2. 34 magnetic elements for the construction of roads, intersections and pedestrian crossings,
3. 13 magnetic elements for the construction of a bicycle path or paths,
4. Traffic lights (11 elements),
5. Road users and means of transport: cars (2 pcs.), bus (1 pc), ambulance – emergency vehicle (1 pc), cyclists (2 pcs.)

• Manual with examples od road arrangements of intersections, as well as descriptions of road signs,
• Worksheets for students in A4 format, to be duplicated by a teacher,
• 4 whiteboard markers (black, red, blue, green) for showing the directions of passage of vehicles
• Plastic box with a handle for storage of the set elements with an additional insert for sorting the magnetic elements of the set.

The set is recommended for conducting classes in road traffic education in accordance with the core curriculum of the primary school, according to which the student should safely participate in road traffic both as a pedestrian, but also as a passenger and cyclist, and correctly interpret road signs regarding pedestrians and cyclists. The product is also addressed to driver training centers and other forms of education and projects related to road safety.
