Water turbidity tester with Secchi mini disc

This convenient device allows you to determine the level of turbidity (and clarity) of water in natural bodies of water such as lakes, streams, rivers, seas. The instrument consists of a 60-cm transparent tube with a black and white miniature Secchi disc mounted inside. It is finished with a rubber stopper to enable emptying of the tube.
The level of clarity/fatigue of the water results from the amount of organic and inorganic substances (particles) suspended in it and the presence of microorganisms. Therefore, the level of water turbidity is one of the parameters informing us about water quality (amount of sediment and/or contamination).
