The set contains 151 colorful elements, 100 percent magnetic, because they are printed on a full magnetic foil (not glued with fragments of magnetic foil), for presentation on any magnetic surface (metal, school board, ...) the principles of proper, healthy eating.

The didactic aid is to help explain the recommendations of healthy eating, both during school lessons and as part of educational campaigns related to the promotion of the principles of healthy eating and nutrition. Its structure and composition encourage individual statements as well as collective discussion about the consumed meals.

The set includes two plates - one with a green border and one with a red border. This can be used to create two sets of meals or as a good (green) and bad (red) food plate.

You can "put" food on the plates - choosing from among 62 different food representatives, both healthy and less beneficial to health, or even harmful.

The elements of the set can be freely arranged on the magnetic school board. It is also possible to add and add additional information and elements (inscriptions, arrows, etc.) next to the magnetic elements. The whole thing is clearly visible, the elements are large and clear. Dimensions of the largest elements (oval plates): 21 x 30 cm. The size of the elements representing the food depends on its type - the smallest are hazelnuts (5x5.5 cm) and slices of sausage (3x7 cm), and the largest is e.g. a packet of crisps (10x14 cm) or a bowl of breakfast cereals (11x14 cm).

To discuss the principles of healthy eating, a set of 87 elements of dietary recommendations has been included. Compared to the pyramid of healthy eating and physical activity, this set includes both food and dishes that are good for our health and fitness, as well as those that harm us. To make the classes more attractive, the set has been enriched with the familiar icons-smileys (emoticons) and arrows labeled "more", "less" and "replace". So, next to the "dark wholemeal bread" item, we can put a label with an arrow pointing up and the words "more"; correspondingly, next to the element representing "light processed bread" we may put a label with an arrow pointing downwards and the word "less". If we put these two types of bread next to each other, then between them we can add a label with two arrows (one pointing down and the other up) and the inscription "replace" (here: replace light bread with dark bread).
